Delete from within the app
Deleting your YourTracker account permanently removes your account and everything in it — your medication log, dose history, weight entries, and side-effect records. There is no recovery once deletion is confirmed.
1. Sign in to YourTracker.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete account, then type DELETE to confirm.
Deletion takes effect immediately — your account and all data are removed permanently.
Prefer we do it for you?
Email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you. We may need to confirm it's you before we do.

Before you go
If you'd like to keep your record, export it from the app first — it's useful to have at your next appointment. Deleting your account cannot be undone.
Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account. Use the steps above.
Backups: Supabase keeps rolling 7-day operational snapshots for disaster recovery. They age out automatically; you can't be retrieved from a backup after that window.
