2. Common questions
My morning reminder didn't arrive. What do I do?
First, check Settings → Notifications → YourTracker on your iPhone and make sure “Allow Notifications” is on. If notifications are allowed and your reminder still didn't fire, sign out and back in to refresh your push registration. If the issue continues, email us with the time you expected the reminder and we'll check the delivery logs.
Can I change my reminder time?
Yes. Open the app, go to Profile, and tap your morning reminder time. Updates apply from the next day's reminder onwards.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app, go to Profile → Privacy & data → Delete my account. Type “DELETE” to confirm. This permanently removes your account, your medication log, your weight log, and your side-effects log. There is no recovery once deletion is confirmed.
How do I export my data?
Open the app, go to Profile → Privacy & data → Export my data. We'll generate a JSON file containing everything you've logged.
I'm changing my dose — how do I update YourTracker?
Open the app, go to Profile → Your treatment, and update your current dose. The next morning reminder will reflect the new dose. Your previous dose history stays in your log.
Does YourTracker work without an internet connection?
The app needs an internet connection to deliver push notifications and sync your logs. If you're offline, you can still open the app to view your recent activity, but new entries won't sync until you're back online and reminders won't fire.
