Yes — YourTracker is free to download and use on iPhone. No subscription, no payment details.
Which treatment does it support?
YourTracker is designed around daily oral GLP-1 treatment — logging the dose, timing the 30-minute empty-stomach window, and recording the step-up plan your prescriber has set.
Do I need to be a YourMedicals patient?
No. YourTracker is free for anyone prescribed daily oral GLP-1 treatment, whichever pharmacy dispenses it.
How do I set up my plan?
When you first open the app, enter the step-up plan exactly as your prescriber gave it to you — each step and its dates. YourTracker then shows where you are in the plan at all times. It's a record of what your prescriber has set, never a suggestion.
Using YourTracker
How does the 30-minute timer work?
Oral semaglutide is taken on an empty stomach with a sip of water, then nothing to eat or drink for 30 minutes. When you log your dose, the timer starts automatically and counts down — so you can get on with your morning and glance when you need to.
How do reminders work?
Choose your usual dose time and YourTracker sends a gentle notification — and stays quiet once the day's dose is logged.
What if I forget a dose?
YourTracker simply records what happened — it never advises what to do about a missed dose. For that, check your patient information leaflet or speak to your prescriber or pharmacist.
Can I track my weight in kg, lbs or stones?
Yes — pick whichever units you're used to, and switch at any time.
How do side-effect check-ins work?
A quick daily check-in lets you tap any symptoms you've noticed — or "feeling fine." Entries are dated automatically and build into a clear history you can show your prescriber at review.

Where is my data stored?

Can I export my record?
Yes — your record is yours. Export it any time to take to an appointment or keep for yourself.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account and its data at any time from the app, or via the delete account page.

Is YourTracker available outside the UK?
YourTracker is built for the UK — around UK-licensed treatment and with data stored in the UK. You're welcome to use it elsewhere, but it's designed with UK patients in mind.
